Cathy Frame is the Vice President, Finance and Operations at the Hotel Assocation of Canada.

Having an intrinsic desire to support organizations that bring awareness and solutions to important social and economic issues, with a focus on organizational growth and sustainability, Cathy’s career path is rooted in the not-for-profit sector.

Over the last 15 years, Cathy has served in leadership roles at both Canadian Centre for Substance Use and Addiction (CCSA) and the Royal Canadian Geographical Society (RCGS), operationalizing organizational strategic visions and fiscal management.
