With 25 years of distinguished experience in human resources, Andree Kaspardlov has established herself as a leading authority in HR transformation and strategic management. Her career is marked by a series of impactful roles, including a notable tenure at The Ottawa Hospital where she spearheaded numerous large-scale HR transformation projects. Andree’s innovative approach and strategic vision significantly enhanced the hospital’s workforce planning efforts and organizational effectiveness.

Currently, Andree serves as the Director of People and Inclusion at the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, where she continues to leverage her extensive expertise to drive transformative HR initiatives. Her leadership is instrumental in advancing the College’s strategic goals and fostering a dynamic, efficient, and inclusive work environment.

Outside of her professional life, Andree enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, traveling, and watching football with her two boys and husband.
