Prices are $85 per person and $320 for 4 people and the event will be hosted on April 23 at Pine View Golf Course in Ottawa, Ontario.

The tournament will feature a bake sale, a silent auction, and small games as an opportunity for all participants to “disconnect” from the challenges faced by the pandemic and focus on their mental health by enjoying
a day outside while donating to a great cause.

feet into workout classes.

JUNIOR SWEAT @ 2 p.m.

<![if !supportLists]>· <![endif]>For our young “sweaters”. Designed for kids ages 7-12. Combines fun and fitness, and encourages daily movement and exercise for healthy development!

MET/CON @ 3 p.m.

<![if !supportLists]>· <![endif]>Burns fat and builds muscle through high intensity exercise. It’s for all levels– but you’re definitely going to break a sweat during this one.
